I refuse to use my notarial credentials for improper or fraudulent transactions.

I will not violate any mandated limitations and/or rules of law.

I will always maintain a bond in a sufficient amount to meet governmental directives of my state.

I will always conduct myself in a professional manner and bring honor, respect and integrity to my role as a Notary Public.

I will always treat people as equals; and render fair, honest and courteous service at all times and will take my commitments made with my clients very serious,
(i.e. appointments, fees for services, expected follow-up actions and document delivery deadlines).

I will serve anyone who makes a lawful and reasonable request for my services as a Notary Public and I will safeguard all confidential information.

My clients be will informed immediately as to any changes, concerns or any other information which pertains to our agreement and in return I expect to receive the fees for my services that are agreed upon by all concerned parties and that they will be paid in a timely fashion.

I Will Not - accept any assignments from individuals or companies contracting my services which states no pay for loans not closing

I will not deviate from my Code of Ethics at no time so please don't ask as this will end any business relationship that might exist between us.
